Conference Session: “STEM/STEAM Projects for Homeschoolers”

Track: STEM Instruction

Home-schooled students are traditionally unable to access the computing equipment and instruction that is typically available in regular schooling environments. However, at the Immersive Teaching STEAM Academy, we have found that the home-schooled students perform better with these technologies because they are independent thinkers and are taught to do research and self-learning. So if your child is tech-savvy or has an interest in learning about some of the latest equipment and software, then come attend this session to find out what options are available for them to learn and work in a fun-filled environment at a technology company.
